Product Information
Natural Variation in the Final Appearance of Individual Colors
After curing, individual colors may develop different surface characteristics. These can include surface texture, flatness, edge formation, small air pockets, fine cracks, and other features resulting from the curing process.
The final appearance is influenced by the interaction of pigments, binder composition, and drying conditions. Variations between colors are therefore a natural material characteristic.
Minor Differences Between Batches
Handmade production involves natural variations in raw materials, formulation, environmental conditions, and the drying process.
As a result, different batches of the same color may show slight differences in color appearance, final form, and other material characteristics.
Color Differences Between Screen and Original
Color appearance is influenced by photography, image processing, display devices, lighting conditions, paper, pigment concentration, and the amount of water used during painting.
Images on the website are provided as a visual reference and may not represent the exact appearance of the original color.
Weight Differences Between Colors
Pigments differ in density, and binder formulations may vary from one color to another.
For this reason, pans of identical size may have different final weights.
Internal Cavities in Selected Honey Watercolors
This phenomenon may occur in certain Honey Watercolor colors and does not affect every color.
Localized internal cavities can develop during the drying process. Filling the pans in multiple layers helps reduce their occurrence, while temperature and humidity also influence the curing process.
Long-Term Unavailability of Certain Colors
The availability of individual colors depends on raw materials, production scheduling, manufacturing time, and the characteristics of each pigment.
Some colors may remain unavailable for extended periods, while others may be discontinued after being released as limited editions.
The stock information shown on the website reflects the current product status.
Product Format
The collection consists exclusively of handmade solid watercolors.
Liquid handmade watercolors require different long-term storage conditions and are therefore not part of the collection.
Product Dimensions
All products are supplied in the standard Half Pan (Standard 1/2 Pan) format.

Odor Characteristics
Some colors have the natural odor of their raw materials. The odor originates from pigments, gum arabic, honey, and clove oil, and varies from one color to another.
Manufacturing
All products are handmade in Germany.
Each pan is produced using a multi-stage, layer-by-layer filling process.
Production Videos
Documentation of the production process is provided separately through VHacademy.
