Note: For customers outside the euro area, billing is based on the current exchange rate applied by the payment provider.

Orders are dispatched every Tuesday and Friday.
Public holidays are excluded.

Minimum order value: 25,00€

Shipping Costs

Germany:
Shipping cost: €5.50
Note: Local pickup is unfortunately not possible, as there is no physical retail store.

European Union (EU):
Shipping cost: €13.90

European Non-EU Countries:
Shipping costs: €16.90

International (e.g. AU, CA):
Shipping cost: €36.90

*DHL Premium USA with Postal Delivery Duty Paid: 70,00 €

Please note that, depending on the regulations of your country, import VAT and customs duties may apply.
These costs are to be borne by the customer.

Delivery Address

Please ensure that the delivery address provided is correct and complete.

If a parcel is returned to the seller due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping costs will apply for reshipment:

  • €6.90 within Germany

  • €19.90 within the EU

  • €59.90 for international shipping

  • If additional costs arise due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address and no reshipment is requested, the originally paid amount will not be refunded in full. Any shipping and return costs already incurred by the shipping provider will be deducted from the refund.

Shipping Service Provider

Shipping is carried out exclusively via DHL or DHL Kleinpaket, in each case including shipment tracking.

Shipping Confirmation

After completion of the purchase, the customer will receive an email confirming receipt of payment.
Once the order has been shipped, a further email will be sent containing the tracking number for shipment tracking.
