Right of Withdrawal
The statutory right of withdrawal described below applies to consumers residing in the European Union.
A. Withdrawal Policy
Introduction
Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal under the following conditions.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their independent professional activity.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the last item.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence that you have sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract.
The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
The return shipment must be carried out in an appropriate manner.
The customer is requested to return the goods using a shipping method that provides shipment tracking and to retain the corresponding tracking number.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion or Premature Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal shall expire prematurely in the case of contracts for the delivery of goods if, after delivery, the goods have become inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature.
General Notes
Please avoid damage to and contamination of the goods.
Please return the goods in their original packaging, including all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, please use protective outer packaging.
Please do not return the goods freight collect.
Please note that the above notes do not constitute a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
